Help for clients and profile managers
How to use and understand the Links2Redes platform.
This guide is written for people, brands and organizations that already have a Links2Redes profile, or are considering creating one. It explains what the platform can do, how profile access is organized, how usage statistics should be read and what private client access means. It is not intended for the final visitor who simply opens a profile to choose a link.
Who this is for
A guide to understand the scope of a profile, not to explain how to browse one.
A profile visitor usually only needs to find a contact option, open a social network, check a website or choose a specific action. This help page looks at the platform from the other side: from the person who needs to know what is published, what can be measured and how that information should be interpreted.
To show measurement in action we use Casa Norte, a demo profile created by Links2Redes. It lets visitors explore a real flow without exposing real client data.
Platform concept
Links2Redes organizes access points and measures actions without turning the profile into a black box.
Each profile works as a clear access point for a person, brand, organization or project. It can be published inside an own domain or hosted as a profile managed by Links2Redes.
The platform connects that profile with measurable links. This makes it possible to know how many people arrived, which buttons they chose and what kind of device they used, without personally identifying visitors.
Statistics summary
Current Casa Norte data from the last 30 days.
These values are read from the same storage used by the administration panel. The page refreshes every 60 seconds to show a recent view of the example.
Counts how many times someone reached the profile through a measurable link, such as this help page, a QR code or a shared URL.
Counts how many times someone selected a button inside the profile.
Estimates unique visitors per day anonymously. It does not store full IP addresses or identify real people.
Measurable journey
The user moves through a simple sequence: access, profile and destination.
The person scans or receives a link
The QR code or main link points to the Links2Redes redirect system to record the arrival.
The profile entry is recorded
The panel adds an entry event and then sends the visitor to the public profile page.
The person chooses an action
If they select a button, an outgoing click is recorded for that destination.
The panel organizes the data
Statistics group date, destination, device, operating system and source when available.
Most selected destinations
The destination ranking counts outgoing clicks only.
“Profile entry” is not a choice made inside the profile. It is an arrival. That is why it belongs in its own top metric and is not mixed with the buttons the person chooses afterward.
Current Casa Norte ranking
The sum of these destinations matches total outgoing clicks. In a real profile they may lead to external sites, social networks, forms or contact channels.
Technical context
Environment data helps interpret real use.
Distributes interactions by date
Classifies mobile, desktop or tablet
Identifies Android, iOS, Windows or others
Keeps internal tests out of real data
When a browser is registered as administrative, review tests do not add entries or clicks to the client's statistics.
Other platform functions
The help page also organizes frequent administration and publication tasks.
Beyond reading statistics, Links2Redes can prepare profiles, define measurable links, work with QR codes, generate reports, create private client access and protect real data from internal testing.
Profiles
How a profile is defined, which data it needs and how it connects with a public URL.
Measurable links
How destinations are prepared to record clicks without reducing clarity for the user.
QR codes
How to use the official QR code and why it should point to the measurable Links2Redes link.
Reports
How to read, print, save as PDF or export CSV from the administration panel.
Client access
How to offer a client a private read-only view limited to statistics for their own profile.
Private access
The client can check statistics without entering the administration panel.
When included in the contracted service, Links2Redes can create a username and password so the client can enter a private statistics view. That access is tied to one specific profile and does not show information from other profiles.
This view is read-only. It shows interactions, profile entries, outgoing clicks, most selected destinations, devices and daily activity. It does not allow content edits, data deletion, statistics reset or platform administration.
Inquiry and quote
Each implementation is quoted according to the real scope of the project.
Links2Redes does not currently publish fixed rates. Before defining a quote we review the profile type, number of links, required design, publication domain, QR preparation, measurement and reports that should be included.
We can receive inquiries in Spanish, English or German. The important step is to understand what the profile needs to solve and how it will be used.
